| Hi, Natasha and Sean I was thinking
to give you a feed back some days later but
s ince you're asking about Joe I am pleased to bring up something..
He is staying in my room during the night and terrace in the
daytime when we're out for work. Now
- He poo and pee on the wooded floor and stepped on it....
- He chewed up Joanna's (my baby girl) Barbie so my girl has a
handicap Barbie, she was so sad....
- He is following me everywhere to check what I am doing or suppose
to do even in the midnight I go up to bathroom...
- He chewed my jean...
- He looks for anything eatable in the room..........
Other than above he is a nice dog...... : )
You know we had 3 cockers before, 2 of them past away last year.
I missed them so much, had them cremated and kept the ash with
me. Both of them were picked up from the street. The last cocker
with us was another deserted adopted by my wife 10 years ago.
So you see we are basically a cocker family, whereas my mother
who lives with us is against it alone (still).
Joe is a typical cocker, he behaves exactly as I expected, even
better, he listened when I demanded to sit or stay; he was quite
calmed when I left in the morning and locked him behind the fence
of my terrace, hardly barked to protest; he gets alone well with
my 2 other dogs (a blind malteese and a deaf cocker..)...well
in fact they just ignored him...
I had him a hair cut and groomed so he looks smart now, also
I took him to the vet to clean his teeth this morning. It was
insteresting when we took him home last Sat, my kids were so exciting
and told my mother about how they met Joe. My mom, suspiciously
asked Joanna how did you know Joe's name if he's from the street?
We startled, then my wife cleverly reply "oh, the kid meant
they "jiu" (sound like "help" or "save"
in mandarin) the cocker so they clled him Joe.......", my
mom was silent, I think she awared what was going on after all...
what a thrill!
I think he loves us and he already consider we are the family,
you see in the pictures he already occupied Joanna's couch for
his bed.
We will keep him, as I promised to Sean, and Joe will be with
us for the rest of his happy life.
It's my pleasure to meet all of you in AT, and appreciated what
you have done to the animals, thank you. Pls let me know the next
step I should fulfil to adopt Joe.
Yours sincerely, Paul |
